This adaptive reuse project on the West Side of Red Bank, involved a four story addition to the Anderson Moving & Storage Building. The long-vacant building, features load-bearing brick walls and heavy timber floor construction. The Addition harmonizes with the existing brick warehouse, with exposed concrete structure, matching brick and cedar siding.

In the next phase, a set of four repurposed, 40-foot-long shipping containers will house a restaurant or other retail business such as a pop-up store. Another container will be adapted as a small apartment.
