We prepared fit-out plans for several significant national retail chains such as Michael’s, Home Goods and Trader Joes. In addition our firm worked on the exterior facelift of the center for new and existing tenants such as MeeMoms, IKKO Japanese Steakhouse and Bubbles 07.

An outdoor gathering space called The Boardwalk was developed to support the tenants creating a destination venue. This inviting space incorporates wood decking walkways, a fountain and shore based landscaping. Another particularly challenging project at this site included raising a portion of the existing 20 foot high roof to 40 feet to accommodate the indoor rock climbing gym, Gravity Vault.
