Unfortunately age and the harsh elements at this oceanfront attraction have taken their toll, requiring replacement of the perimeter walls, foundations, boardwalk flooring and bathroom amenities at this 30,400 square foot facility.

The beloved 100’ x 50’ ocean water pool will remain with all of the plumbing and pumps replaced. The Borough program included a new 30’ x 50’ family oriented activity pool will new cabanas constructed of maintenance free materials. The design intent of the new elements was to blend in and tie to the feel of the historic facility. Over 500 pilings will be required to support the new construction.
